A dramatic sculpture wall is the focal point of the media lounge where a custom mosaic of marble pieces, cut into geometric shapes provides a backdrop of texture and the MK customized cast bronze chandelier illuminates the room with evening light.

 

A custom curved sofa becomes the platform for the retractable TV, internally mounted while a remote-controlled lift displays the TV for viewing.  The red penshell bar cabinet features suspended brass shelving and sleek bar faucet that dispenses sparkling water, flat and instant hot water at the push of a button.

Every attention to detail was considered in the design. The undulating curvature of the distinct 13' kitchen island crafted of snakeskin stone, creates an elegant soft interplay of form and function, and the stone is repeated in the backsplash embracing the 48" Hestan™ gas range. Sleek black laminate kitchen cabinetry storage frames the Hestan™ dual-column wine refrigerator, provides abundant storage and backlit display shelving.  The guest half-bath showcases a dramatic wall of art by Alex Turco, and beautiful Cocoon vanity and fixtures.

The primary bedroom suite, awash in tonal whites, is like sleeping in a cloud.  Design highlights including a whimsical garden-themed sculptural plaster wall, delicate filigree pendant lanterns, motorized shades and prima alpaca drapes that gently sway in the breeze, provide the ultimate in well-deserved decadence.  Further adding to the luxuriant suite is a private spa with soaking tub and shower overlooking the vineyards.  The ensuite bath features rose-copper fixtures and vanity, Pietra d’Avola honed marble tiles, and a ThermaSol™ steam shower that offers digital control with customized user selections. 

The serene guest studio, with private entrance, features stunning lacquered walls reflecting surrounding vineyard views, as well as a custom headboard and bedside tables.  Pendant lighting and a bespoke closet system compliment the space.  The ensuite bath features an elegant Nobilis wallcovering that gives the look and texture of natural wood.
